Why Is Animal Testing Wrong

Is animal testing wright or wrong? In my opinion I think animal testing is absolutely wrong because what did they deserve to get a human disease and see if some trial medication works on their animal bodies, nothing. Medical researchers say their saving so many people’s lives but are they really or are we just wasting some of our best friend’s lives?
Animal testing is not just used for medical research, it’s also used for make those makeup products that most girls own or buy from the store. Each year, more than 100 million animals—including mice, rats, frogs, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, monkeys, fish, and birds—are killed in U.S. laboratories for biology lessons, medical training, curiosity-driven experimentation, and chemical, drug, food. In addition to the torment of the actual experiments, animals in laboratories are deprived of everything that is natural to them and important to them—they are confined to barren cages and usually don’t get fed that often. Pew Research Center poll has found that 50 percent of U.S. adults oppose the use of animals in scientific research.
This marketing ban means that companies all around the world will have to abandon animal testing for cosmetics that they want to sell in the EU.
