For the past decade, in the result of the science and technology development, the cost of producing news and journals over the social media platforms became lower. The media can easily issue the news through the entire world. Therefore, the press takes a giant responsibility of reporting the objective news. In 21st century, press is responsible to the public, to be a professional journalism or news reporter, the mass media needs to acquire a set of principles in order to avoid the bias and judgment. The press can solve the problem of corruption in government and also lead those governors to formulate the policies which ingratiated the public interest. Beside, in Europe, the media are given very big right because they think that the media are referred to a society’s peace and even the economic. People should know whatever they want to know and due to it, the media has a very big right. This is why the media covers such a big area in many countries. Many people may think that the press is affected by company in order to gain more sponsors and advertisements. Those opinions also challenge the press may only concern the circulation. Therefore, the press may produce the bias news which is merely ingratiated reader’s interest but not the truth itself. Besides, there are many cases about how the government control of the press. This action is good for government for most of the time. For example, government would not face the problems of the media because they take control of it. In addition to this action, the government can control what are the information that citizen should know. Moreover, the government may nationalize private media to save the cost of inducing bias (Gehlbach, 2014). In fact, what would happened if the media really out of any control? Take Hong Kong as an example. Hong Kong is also a place where the media has a big right to report everything. However, the best-sale newspaper, and most of the magazine, are ‘polluted’--the content inside are full filled with the author’s own opinion or some others own attitude but not reporting the events’ itself or its facts. It will easily lead people to a wrong way and caused a lot of problems.
