To be able to access education the person must be able to get to the school or college in which they are studying. For adults, this could mean driving to a local community college for a class, in which could significantly improve their career outlooks and potential earning salary. For high school students, this could mean getting themselves to school which would give them much more independence and could also benefit from picking up their siblings from school so their parents can work in the day.
