Why Is Henry Ford Be Remembered

Henry Ford should be remembered because he is one of the first engineers to build something that could benefit so much like the assembly line that made a large production much faster and more efficient. Also he was the inventor of the first non-horse powered vehicle. This is why Henry Ford should be always be remembered. If Henry Ford did not start making new things like this it could have been a lot later by the time someone else could have started what he did before everyone else. I believe Henry Ford was the person who set it off for industrializing and modernizing he sparked everything off.

Henry Ford was born on July 30th, 1863 on his family's farm in Wayne County near Dearborn, Michigan. When Henry was 13 years old his dad gave him a pocket watch. When he got it, he kept taking it apart and putting it together repeatedly. Everybody around them were very impressed with Henry so then they had him fix all their watches. Then when Henry was 16 he left to be a machinist in shipbuilding in Detroit. Then learned how to service and operate the big steam engines. Henry learned almost all he needed to know by the age of 18. He was very skillful with working with engines and just how things worked in general.
Eight years after he was married he started to come up with ideas about the horseless carriage. The first model he created was called the “Ford Quadricycle”. He attended meetings with Thomas Edison to talk about his automobile plans then Thomas encouraged Ford into making a second model.
