If you are missing one of the six I think it affects the other areas of health. I see this with my son who has anxiety and panic attacks, when he has an attack then he is more likely to get sick like with a cold and then it takes him forever to feel his old self again, he says he is never really good. I know for me being spiritual healthy makes it easier for me to be emotionally healthy. I have to be happy and feel good about me with is hard but I am learning it is ok not to be perfect as long as you are happy with your body, mind and soul. I know that I feel all around better when I can work out in some way whether it be working out, working in the garden or taking a walk. It is important to take care of yourself by eating healthy, protecting your skin with sunscreen, not going outside when the pollen level is high for me. Enjoying a good movie that makes me cry can release stress and tense as well as watching a movie that makes me laugh so hard I cry.
