Why Is It Important To Have A Good Mental, Physical And Social Wellbeing
Having a good mental, physical and social wellbeing is super important if you want to live a long and happy life. This is why I focus so keenly on these things because they are important to have in very good shape. Having a good mental wellbeing is important because it allows you to stay positive about yourself and the world around you. You need to have a good social wellbeing because it is important to be able to socialize with the people around you. Physical wellbeing is important because you need to be in good shape to live a long and happy life. I think that I do a pretty good job in keeping a positive mental attitude because I don’t usually let other people bother me. I generally don’t think that there is a reason to pay attention

    If you are missing one of the six I think it affects the other areas of health. I see this with my son who has anxiety and panic attacks, when he has an attack then he is more likely to get sick like with a cold and then it takes him forever to feel his old self again, he says he is never really good. I know for me being spiritual healthy makes it easier for me to be emotionally healthy. I have to be happy and feel good about me with is hard but I am learning it is ok not to be perfect as long as you are happy with your body, mind and soul.
