Why Is It Important To Use Credible Sources
It is important to me as a tertiary learner to use credible sources in my research and academic writing because it insures intellectual integrity in research as an undergraduate psychology student. The use of credible sources is of supreme importance to tertiary learning, as it allows the reader to be confident in the claims of one’s correlations to be unreservedly plausible and correct. Development of critical thinking, credibility of content, and the evaluation of sources is pivotal to the learning processes of tertiary studies, especially those in the sciences field. It sets the tone for future professional standards in key research and reporting scientific analysis. Providing good quality, clear, and accurate information helps the learner …show more content…
It is crucial to ensure cardinal, targeted, evidence-based practice is conspicuous due to the delicate complexities working with vulnerable children, young people and families. The use of credible reliable sources will allow the accurate measures to assess children, young people and families in case planning and evaluation. Accurate referrals to individualized support services, rely on the evaluation of credibility and the reliability of desired results from appointed service programs, and the means to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships within the community. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills combined with confident, clear and concise language and references are utilized in both physical conversations, during the interview and implementation processes and reflective of rigorous written case notes or plans. Recent, accurate information provides strength to one’s position for future direction of intervention, providing person centred support and care, and maintaining autonomous, ethnical company core values. The credibility of the design and development of intervention programs rely heavily on previous analysis, hypotheses, and the expertise of authentic fact corroboration verified by colleagues and respected Peers alike. The applied skill of proving your abilities to collect and critically evaluate materials from multiple platforms and sources, will allow the client to have confidence in the guidance of their support mentor, proving the importance of a solid foundation of ethics will in turn, build a successful career. Having an in-depth platform from a variety of credible information available within a workplace, such as policies, procedures, laws and legislations, allow for assertive decision making and confidence in my articulate
