change is worthwhile and relevant, as; Marshall highlights (2011).
Leaders can help create a deeply satisfying organizational culture by engaging staff in the development of shared values in their work.
These shared values increase cultural competency; and increase leadership diversity. For this to happen, consistent and recurrent training of clinicians, as well as staff involvement in improvement efforts can help reinforce behaviors and implement new processes. Organizations sustain improvements when initiatives to eliminate disparities are incorporated into their overall quality improvement process.
Furthermore, due to the factors that influence the ability of people to respond to an event, there may be value in examining strategies that can increase capacities in health care management. Chaiprasit posits that these increased capacities form a more efficient, more human and democratic environment, l bringing improvements and potential for organization, resulting in overcoming of obstacles. (2010).
Successful change depends on viable workplace collaboration and strategic planning; Greenhalgh, Robert, MacFarlane, Bate, & Kyriakidou point out
(2004).
Strategic planning is most often induced as the progression of a formal strategy. Majorities of writers and professionals of strategic planning dedicate themselves to the evolution and exposition of some strategies approaches for specific industries or markets. The aforementioned describes how the organization will achieve the mission and vision and defines the goals of the healthcare organization, as well as the steps for achieving these goals. Willging (2007).
There are global changes continually happening, which move organizations to transform and network accordingly in order to advance. These changes have created problems within organizations concerned. In order to keep the organization functioning according to plan, managers and employees’ knowledge and skills should be upgraded constantly. Finally, it can be said that the process of change plays an important role in organizations and the development of strategies can exert some control over those changes.
