Why Is My Pet Peeve Wrong
My pet peeve is stupid people that start drama over social media. I just think it is so dumb and pointless because where is this all going to take you? Nowhere. Why can’t people grow up and stop being so scandalous and stupid. Instead of arguing and such, they should get educated to better themselves. I just can’t understand why people try and put up a front of being so tough and what not over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. When truthfully the things they say over these social media accounts, they wouldn't dare say to your face. I personally think they only do it because they have no entertainment in their life whatsoever, so they kind of have to create their own. I mean I don’t mind if that’s the case, but don’t be doing it at my expense. It is irritating because one, I don't have time to be wasting on their little uneducated brain. I had posted a picture of a TBH. A TBH is a to be honest, it is something where people like and I would tell them how I missed them or they were pretty or something. Well her boyfriend likes it and I do his to be honest because me an him go way back. At some point we were like best friends. Well, is I do his and I tell him how I miss him and I love his goofiness. His girlfriend comments back being disrespectful calling me a bad words telling me about how I shouldn’t be telling her boyfriend that I miss and love him. At that moment, I wanted to go off on her but I didn’t. I simply just said that I didn’t mean it in a flirty way and that she should keep her boy in check because HE is the one that liked MY to be honest. It is not my fault her boyfriend liked it. Then she writes back calling cussing at me and saying how I should watch myself. That’s when the Instagram fight started and we went back and forth for like twenty minutes. I wasn’t going to let her disrespect

The comedy follows Don Pedro, Claudio, and Benedick after they return home from war. Upon meeting Hero, Claudio immediately falls in love with her, and with the help of Don Pedro, Hero agrees to marry him. As they prepare for the wedding, Don Pedro plans to get Beatrice and Benedick together while Don John plots to ruin Hero and Claudio’s relationship. Both succeed, as Beatrice and Benedick admit their love for each other, and Claudio shames Hero at their wedding, believing that she had cheated on him. By the next day, they discover that Don John had staged the scene, and Claudio and Hero still got married, and Benedick got engaged to Beatrice. Throughout the play, Shakespeare uses character foils to emphasize the traits of his characters, and add to his story. “Ummmmm…ew?” This statement may not seem like a harmful comment, but think about that mixed with a whole barrage of snide and sarcastic comments swallowing a picture you posted on Facebook from your family vacation. The picture was posted just to share an experience with others—who knew it would also cause such hatred from all those “friends” on Facebook? In the article “Is Facebook Making You Mean?,” by Lauren Tarshis one Facebook user named Maya experienced this bullying firsthand. All she tried to do was post a friendly family vacation photo with Mickey Mouse, and she ended up with a line of insults. The article claims that Facebook is a catalyst for communication and sometimes that turns negative. Facebook is built around the idea that people should be able to project themselves and speak their minds, but it seems like some people have taken that privilege too far. I believe that it is important to protect yourself from people with cruel intentions on the internet and Facebook by being selective about who you befriend, how you post pictures, and guidance for how to effectively communicate online.…

Hamlet’s “To be, or not to be” soliloquy remains arguably the most famous soliloquy in the history of the theatre. For the character at that moment, the most important phrase, “To be or not to be” literally means to live or not to live. The soliloquy must convince those secretly listening to Hamlet that he will not seek revenge for his father’s death. Although Hamlet appears mad during his rant, he achieves his goal of convincing everyone he will most likely commit suicide.…
