Why Is Sleep So Important?
One reason why sleep is so important is because it can affect your health. In, “How Much Sleep Is Enough?” it says, “Bad sleep and long-term sleep loss will affect your health.(Simonson)” Sleeping the hours that are recommended for you are super important because not sleeping right tonight and lead to health in the future. It can also cause you to lose the sleep that your body needs to function. It states that people like caregivers and emergency responders suffer from sleep deficiency and may need special attention for their sleeping needs. Even if you don’t get enough sleep, napping is always an option.
