Why Jellyfish Is Bad
These monsters of the sea can harm anyone, anything, anywhere. What monster is that? Its the jellyfish
They have tentacles that have stinging cells that produce poisons that paralyze other small animals and hurt people, this is hard to stop as they can sting even if they're dead, if you don't want to get stung but see the animal washed up on the shore you could use a shovel to pick them up and throw them back in or keep them for whatever you want but that might be a bad idea to keep them unless you were studying them or cooking them. Another reason why the animal is bad is because they reproduce at rapid rates ( up to 40,000 per jellyfish) and this is proven by Rosalind Fonem and it can cause many damages to people, powerplants, and animals. …show more content…
The best thing anyone could do is let nature take its course, as they're some jellyfish that eat other jellyfishes.
The Jellyfish are causing chaos almost everywhere.
The author Rosalind Fornem states " jellyfish are responsible for millions of dollars in losses for the local fishery industries who catch and sell anchovies". Not to mention also harm powerplants, She states (the author) "A power plant in the Philippines was shut off after the system was clogged by jellyfish. Thousands people were without electricity" the reason this happened is because they are reproduced quickly in addition a high school student states a way to help clear the jelly fish population is by cooking the jelly fish. The amount of washed up jelly fish are bad for people. The jellyfish that wash up shore can be very dangerous even if they are dead. Jellyfish have poison filled tentacles that can sting people and can paralyze small animals even when they are dead, there is very few ways to deal with this, you could cook them, throw then back in the ocean with a shovel, or even find a new way like putting them in a tied off bag and taking them to a place you can donate them or study them. Jellyfish aren't safe around other small animals. As we seen before the jellyfish can poison small animals paralyzing them and eat them, this is a bad thing because they eat a lot of the animals we eat like fishes, when more form there's a less kind of fish in that area. This causes people to lose there jobs (fishermen to be more exact) but there is one kind of jellyfish that will eat the jellyfish that are harming other things
