Passion towards process improvement and excellence has staged my professional career. I am always up for challenging roles that involve creativity and innovation.
In last 3 years, I have worked with multicultural cross-functional teams to lead several challenging projects, from offshore. I am among few in my project to have received the highest “Outstanding” appraisal ratings for 3 years in a row.

Customer Service Accelerator product requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment processes and strategies are based on proven approaches and methodologies including:
•Universal Modeling Language (UML), used for requirements gathering and certain design tasks.
•Model Driven Architecture (MDA), an approach which emphasizes the need for creating reusable models, code-generating tools, and configurable, external transformation mappings.
•Service Oriented Architecture, an approach which emphasizes the need for well-defined service interfaces that can be exposed on multiple nodes to support scalability, load balancing, and failover
•J2EE patterns, which support maintainability, reusability, and performance optimization.
