Why Pride Is Important In The Workplace

Support is a big reason why people succeed and go far in life. Everybody needs to be supported in their life and in their choices. Even the supporters get a sense of pride back from the person or group they are supporting if they do well in their activity. With support, pride becomes a purposeful principle and a great quality in a person. Send-offs for sports, forensics, and scholars bowl are a very good way to show the community's support for their team. When the community supports the kids and the event they are going to it makes them feel good about what they can accomplish. Confidence is a big part of doing well in sports and even in life. I feel like when people wake up, usually early, and come to the school or main street to send others
It is important to back the president in his ways and what he does. It will give him or her a sense of pride as well as you a sense of pride. You do not have to like the president and you may not even like what he does but I think you should back him still because at the center of his job, his responsibility is to back you. When people do not back him they start to riot and protest against him. This is the type of stuff that is happening now with Donald Trump as our new president. Even if you voted against him you should be a good enough person to respect him and back him, you do not have to like everything he does. My final point is individual support. If an individual is not supported by somebody, they will slowly stop trying now, and never begin trying later. Support is bigger than what it looks like, it makes you feel confident in your work. Confidence through support is key when life gets tough. When you know that somebody is backing you no matter what happens it makes you try a little bit harder because if you fail you know that you still have somebody there to pick you back
