There have lots of different kind of protein merchandises such as protein bar, protein powder, protein pill that had lots of levels with it and protein food, all of these can be neither bad nor good for our body. For the negative side, although protein is a healthy source for people, but there have lots of different kind of protein powder nowadays, and most of the products were over less processed alternatives, which mean that it could lead to nutritional deficiencies over time if people kept on taking it. However, it may also raise your risk of gastrointestinal issues, kidney disease or kidney stones because of too much protein for bodybuilder or people who often taking it.
Therefore, protein or pill are not the only thing that can cause people’s body become strong and build muscle. Many of bodybuilder will decide to eat meat, egg that has not cook at all and others protein real food instead of taking protein, because those people thought that way will be safer than taking protein merchandises since meat and others are real food and it rarely contain any additive in it. Especially in American, people do not realize the consequences of eating too much meat, the risk of eating excessive amounts of it may cause kidney disease, cancer, osteoporosis and heart disease. People thought that was a fast way to build the muscle and shape, but those were all wrong, taking too much protein merchandises and eating too much will just cause a bad effect, bad reflecting, gain weight and other diseases or cancers.
Do people really need protein merchandises to build up muscle and is that really important of body?
The answer is no, because all the protein merchandises are just a supplement, so it can aid, but not replace on anything. There still have lots of different kind of healthy food which contain protein such as nuts, banana, milk, vegetables, quinoa, beans, tofu and quinoa. Those are enough protein for everyone's regular diet. Try to think about the different between people who took the protein shake and not taking anything after a week, the result will show that the one who took the protein shake will be more muscular and stringer, which mean that the material from it may have some growth hormone to affect the muscle to become
stronger.
To sum up, protein merchandises can be neither bad nor good for our body, but do not assume that as a tool to build muscle, it does not magically build muscle without people's full blown effort behind it. Actually people may get enough protein from daily meal, but if people wanted an extra protein for muscle, it was fine too, but just do not overdose for it, because it will cause a lot of bad effect for people's body, organs and tissues.
