Wolves brings a balance to the nature, Studies have shown that when a predator return to an ecosystem it can trigger a trophic cascade effect; a chain of events that occur and gives impact to the whole ecosystem. This effect occurred in Yellowstone national park in the United States of America, in which the positive effects on park and the mayor variety of wildlife there was astonishing.3Although it is impossible to know how great of an in pact it would have on the Swedish fauna; to let the wolf population grow freely, although one could logically assume that it will reduce over population of moose and deer, in which would help the forests and fields to grow more frequently, which could for example also be economically beneficial for forest owners. It could also be argued that wolves will help lowering the fatal wildlife traffic accidents with the moose. The wolf also reduces the fox population, which actually helps smaller game like Hares and Grouse.4 Misconceptions about the wolf is common, many believe that the nature of a wolf is a bloodthirsty beast, roaming the wilderness.
