Why Soda Should Be Banned
Restriction is a popular way to limit how much of a dangerous substance goes into our bodies. Such as alcohol or energy drinks where too much can severely harm the body. What if I told you there was another substance that a lot of people consume everyday. I am talking about soda and the recent soda cap size ban. The soda ban helps to inform people on what a healthy amount of soda should look like and also helps raise awareness on important consequences that could occur when overindulge. With the knowledge of how much is too much and what damage could occur in your body, you can make sound healthy decisions that can help better your health and future. This ban puts a limit to sizes after 16 ounces, which also helps to show what a healthy amount
