Why Was Hitler Persecuted

Adolf Hitler joined the German Workers’ Party in 1919. He found that many members were against Jews, and he had grown up thinking the same way, so he agreed with this stance. The reasons for persecution against the Jews were very unfair and ridiculous. But, the Nazis were so powerful and convincing, people were forced to follow. The reasons that Hitler persecuted were; the Jewish people had a different religion, which led to disagreements. Along with that, they spoke and looked different from the Germans, so they were treated differently. Another reason is that many Jews were very wealthy and had some of the highest paying jobs, which caused jealousy. Also, the founder of communism, Karl Marx, was a Jew and very hated by many people. The
last reason and most common was that the Germans blamed everything on the Jews. Hitler thought that Jews were the cause for Germany losing in World War I. This was just a big excuse, but it got the German people fired up. Hitler also blamed the Jews for the economic crisis, even though it was really because of WWI. Also, the Nazis thought that they could hand pick the strongest race and get rid of the weaker ones. They thought that Jews were some of the weakest. For all these reasons, the Nazis decided to mistreat and abuse millions of Jews. In conclusion, Hitler persecuted the Jews for them being different, and to make an excuse for his country’s problems.
