“Stupid, stupid, stupid!” This child was angry at his teacher, and he wanted his way.I thought that that was a very disrespectful way to talk to an adult. This is yet another reason why this rule should be implemented. Lastly, I think this rule would be beneficial, simply because it will relax everyone in the entire school. If the teacher and student relationship are bad, then everyone will be cranky. If the students are nice to the teacher, then the teacher will be nice back. Consequently, everyone is happy. Next, my second rule is that we have a one-hour lunch break.
I think that this is a beneficial rule because students have to work very hard at school all day long. We hardly ever get a break. Well, I guess that is what people call our 15-minute lunch and 15-minute recess. That's 30 minutes of free time in all. Furthermore, I think that teachers and staff would also benefit from this new rule. They could make the school day longer, but I think that this break would leave the whole school refreshed for the rest of the day. According to the American Heart Association, students who were given an hour lunch and recess break improved in school versus their grades when they had a 30-minute lunch and recess break. For instance: One day I had was the table washer. I washed tables for 10 minutes, and when I finally got out to recess, I had about 5 minutes of play time. I was super depressed the rest of the day. All in all, I think this break would leave all of us at the school as fresh as a
daisy. In conclusion, I think that our school should keep all of its rules, however, I think we should add my new rules too. I think that these rules would greatly enhance our learning experience, and motivate children to go to school.
