Why We Should Take A Break On Everest

Break on Everest Is the risk as good as the rewards of making it up Mt. Everest? Mountaineering is an extremely dangerous sport that has a high chance at death, but can lead to some decent rewards. I don’t think that the risk is as good as the reward because there are too many bad things that can happen. If you make it to the top all you get is the satisfaction of making it to the top and id you don’t make it up then you die. The percent of you making it to the top is slim to none. This is why i think that they should close Mt. Everest and then reopen it when they make it safer and preserve Mt. Everest. My first reason why they should take a break on everest is that we need to preserve Mt. Everest. When people climb on Mt. Everest it is destroying the mountain and it will quickly start to deteriorate. Although climbing it can be an adrenaline rush it is also destroy the mountain.We need to preserve the mountain that is starting to deteriorate.
Climbing this type of mountain can lead to death, but climbing this type of mountain can be a miniature prize. Having a small prize which is achievement I wouldn’t want to take a chance at dying for that prize. By having this open as a mountain climbing area when it isn’t very safe can easily lead to death and very many injuries.
