Zachary was upset when he discovered that his favorite animal, a Siberian Tiger, went extinct in the wild. He was alerted by his local zoo that they would be releasing the Siberian Tigers they bred and studied back into the wild. Zachary was filled with joy, but was surprised he never knew about the zoo’s program before. Zoos have an important role in animals lives. Zoos are a platform for research.
