Why I want teach is a question as big as the sun. To teach is to pass knowledge and skill from one to another. For me to teach I am allowing my love for music to be passed to another student so that can carry on that passion. To tell you why I want to teach would take all day but I guess can try to keep it to a couple of pages.
My motivation for teaching is really simple but even simple things can be complicated. I want to teach so that I can spread the love and appreciation of music to students who otherwise wouldn't recognize the value of music. To hear a kid say thank you for introducing me to music would make my day all the more worth it. That feeling you get from playing music like you're are invincible but knot everyone knows this feelings that's is my motivation for teachings so that everyone I teach can appreciate music.
Why teach, why not. Some spend all of their life trying to find something that is for them, that completes them but for me music is what completes me but why should I keep it to myself. Music is the universal of the Earth even if we speak different languages music can't lie. If its universal shouldn't it be taught that music understands all, overcomes all and triumphs over all. Just like the way I learned that music completes me, and guides me, I wish to teach music so that others can learn what music means to them.
In this profession I hope to accomplish something that has never been done before. I was raised up it isn't where you come from it's where you are going that counts but to me I plan to be best I can be even if it takes all my life. Knowledge is power even if it seems useless to you to others its is gold. My addition to this profession would to provide a guiding to our young men who don't which way to go. Everyday you hear about young men going jail for drugs , getting shot and killed or dying of drug overdose or alcohol abuse and I can only hope I dont get shot or killed but to others its all they know. I wish to be the one to tell them its that you have other options even if your famile doesn't support

I was inspired to teach from a bad experience I had when I was in elementary school. I was in the fourth grade and had a teacher that was very unfair to her students. We never played any learning games or activities. She was very as they say "old-school". She never smiled, never greeted us at the door, and we sat at our desk until it was recess time. It was always come in, sit down and do your work. This inspired me because I did not want to be like her and I wanted to make a change in a child's life, not make him/her feel inadequate. I wanted to teach children that they can have fun while they learned.…

I want every student to leave my classroom learning something. I know that every child has the ability to learn even the smallest things. I feel that a teacher should take on roles outside the classroom as well. Sometimes a teacher is the only person a child feels they can talk to. It is important for the teacher to have a warm, welcoming, and confidence way about her so that the child is more likely to come to her if and when they have a problem. I know that I will provide that to my students. I plan to continue to grow as a teacher through experiences, reflections and guidance from others.…

I want to be a teacher for several different reasons. I initially decided teaching was for me when I was in middle school. I had an amazing teacher that helped me through a lot. She made a huge impact on my life, and I knew then that I wanted to be able to do the same for other kids. I later went on to have children of my own, which gave me even more reason to become a teacher. And even with the economy the way it is today, there are actually a lot of opportunities for teaching given the wide variety of jobs a teaching degree can obtain. I also understand the responsibility that comes with teaching and that the job doesn’t end when you leave the classroom. That is why I respect the teaching field as much as I do. I know I still have a long way to go before I get to my teaching career but I feel it will all be worth it when I get there.…

The reason I have chosen to be a teacher is probably an unanswerable question. I often wonder if I chose this path or if I was destined to become a teacher. Every time I have strayed from the path of teaching I seem to find myself pulled back in. Throughout my career in education I have taught inside of classrooms, in settings without walls, in America, in Japan, and in every school setting other than elementary school. While teaching in Japan it became clear to me that I was the happiest when I was in the classroom. As I reflect on the happiest times in my life, I find that they are evenly divided between my family and classroom. Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing the lights go in a child’s eyes upon grasping a difficult principle that they are struggling with. I walk into a classroom and I feel alive and inspired to teach my students. Teaching and I are like star crossed lovers that are bound to spend a lifetime together learning, nurturing and edifying one another as long as they are together.…

We have seen from the first part of this assignment some reasons on why teachers (or we, MAPEH major, because will also be a future educator someday) need to teach music. Actually, the first part came from the internet, which I researched to help me give some information and ideas on why teachers or we need to teach music. But if talking about my OWN POINT OF VIEW about it, for me, we need to teach music first of all because music is an essential part of the human experience. All of us know what music is, right? And probably, we have different definitions of it, because we have different experience about it.…
