William Blake as one of the members of the movement can be considered as a very radical poet during that time for he was somehow preoccupied with the issues of liberalism, radicalism and also nationalism later on. He was portrayed as someone who was hostile towards all the revolutions and series of oppressions that had happened. During his lifetime, he was known as a Romantic poet, a painter and also an engraver.
