Window To Mars Short Story
Window to Mars One night my me, my sister, and my dog was sitting on the bed watching television. It was dark inside my room because I never opened my curtains. Behind my curtain was a window that looked like Mars. I will explain below what happened. First, I heard noises and became scared. Not long after that I see figures and became more scared. Then one day I got enough guts to go through the window. What I seen was so shocking I passed out. I kept having flashbacks of me getting carried away. When I completely woke up I was in a prison, but I was still on Mars. They brought me food one day and I ran until I couldn’t run anymore. Next, I figured out I had to find shelter. The thing is that I was saving the spoons. Frightened and scared I know what I had to do. So I got a crew of the biggest people I seen, and some of them said they could not help me but some said they could. After I got a crew I went straight to planning. Then it hit me, we will use spoons to dig the tunnels. It was the perfect plan, thanks to Mars soft soil. I forgot one thing I had about 13 spoons and there was only 8 crew members. We should get an inside man to distract the people that will be chasing us. He will have to be skilled, smart, and brave. If he was not smart and brave this plan will fail and these people that just might be human will possibly execute us. It still comes in my mind why would humans be on Mars. After the tunnels were done we started crawling through them. I thought for a moment and then it hit me, I remembered where the window was, it was in a cave. We were out of the prison but how long till they find out that 8 people were missing. We split into groups of two to find the cave with the window in it, but so far we had no luck till Jack and Antonio found it. We were so happy to have found a way home. Still what the heck was humans doing on Mars? They were probably studying the dirt but what do I know. After we got home we all set down and ate a good
