With Bhide And Stevenson That Honesty Doesn T Pay? Why Or Why Not?
A: In order to be successful in the business field or game in the case of poker, you need to understand the rules and know the instructions of how to fairly or ethically play the game. There must be an understanding that at some point you would not have the strongest hand or strategy, however, you have to sometimes risk in other to win. It’s important to evaluate those that surround you and know how your decisions will affect or benefit them. It comes to the importance of planning to fairly win and acting upon it.

1. Do you agree with Bhide and Stevenson that honesty doesn’t pay? Why or why not?
A: I have to disagree with Bhide and Stevenson. I understand that in the business field, honesty can sometimes be misunderstood and taken in the wrong way. Many organizations do not appreciate an employee sharing their opinions especially when it is to disagree with the organization. However, I am a true believer that being honest is an attractive quality that might not always be rewarded by humanity, but God will take care of it. I have being tempted on several occasions and had failed in some. However, I learned that the truth always comes out in one way or the other.

A: I believe that an organization that has good ethics will have great success. Employees that are involved in an organization with strong moral principles and an ethical culture are employees that work effectively, thus increasing the profitability of the organization.
