Main concern is to let the grantor know that the PEACE agency knows what they are doing and why they are doing, what they are proposing to do with the money
Intended to humanize the PEACE project, to “put a face” to the needs and problems statement

Target Populations
The Who and Why of the PEACE project, who the donors money will be serving and why the money is needed so desperately

Approaches and Methods
Clearly define the programs that are to be put into place with the use of the money to benefit the people that the PEACE project will be serving
Address new approaches to bringing about change in the victims and victims’ child(ren) thinking, as well as, emotional and physical well-being
6 pgs. Max (includes approaches and methods, as well as, long- and short- term goals, process, outcome and impact objectives, and activity plans and scheduling)
Long- and Short-term Goals
Be clear, concise, using appropriate language
Keep it short and sweet, and meaningful do not draw things out, making them longer than they have to be
Process, Outcome and Impact Objectives
Process- specifies what activities are to be carried out to achieve the planned result
Outcome-specifies the results or outcome to be achieved
Impact- identify the collective and accumulative results of the intervention Answers the question, ‘so what?’
Activity Plans and Scheduling
Provide a list of activities for the clients of the PEACE domestic violence agency that will help them to better their situation
