Two major problems are identified in the marketing strategies of Kudler in the context of the expected expansion. Primarily, the company needs to find if the geographic location would be a fit for the company. Secondly the company should know if the existing modes of valuing its customers be feasible to build up a potential customer base to ensure business success. To find solutions to these two key marketing problems, Kudler can make use of the process of marketing research. Kudler needs to focus on the two key issues of customer value and the need for a suitable geographic location when they design their marketing tactics. The best way to do a marketing research on customer value is to conduct surveys through any professional marketing research agencies. Through the survey the customer should be prompted to answer whether or not they think Kudler is providing value for their prices and if the customers are satisfied with what they get in return. From the feedback got from the customers, Kudler can identify what to add, what to withdraw, how to improve customer satisfaction and also can realize if the customers are expecting anything more. Such a marketing research will help the company to understand which all products are more liked by the customers and if any product is less preferred because of its price and many more things that can help the company to improve its profits. Regarding the marketing research to identify the correct location, Kudler can seek the service of any marketing research agency. Even an efficient staff team also can handle the marketing research, combining the benefits of applying competitive intelligence. For example, they can select a geographic location and do a primary research for viability and profitability of their business in that area using internet tools. For example, Kudler Foods is targeting some locations in Southern…

“Kudler Fine Food’s mission is to provide our customers the finest in selection foodstuffs, wine, and related needs in an unparalleled consumer environment” ( Apollo, 2012, Our Mission). The competitive strategies I recommend for Kudler Fine Foods is to strengthen the consumer’s satisfaction with customer service and product. The survey indicated that every year the consumer satisfaction has gone down. Kudlers need to concentrate on the consumer, such as the cost of goods being worth the money spent. With a satisfaction less than 50% it brings an opening for competitors in the market to come in with lower cost of product and better customer service to take them out of the game. Although Kudlers mission statement is respectable it need to be followed by action. With the attention brought back to the consumer as well as the cost of goods being worth the value, Kudlers could stay the dominating firm in the market and continue…

Eduard Keller, father of Eric, husband of Mathilde, musical Maestro and my dear teacher and friend. I believed that he was modest man, not wanting other people being aware of his achievements but today that all changes. He will be remembered. Keller spent most of his time drinking schnapps and reading newspapers at the beer garden below the room where he lives at the Swan. He may have appeared as a gruff, distant and critical perfectionist but only those that took the time to know him and would be able to truly understand him. He had achieved many unbelievable achievements in his life. He won awards and became a Maestro. A name that fitted him so well. He was a great teacher. He was very strict on me, but it payed off in the end. In hindsight, I may not have liked it then but now I think that he was right in teaching me like that. It improved my skills as a pianist and I am thankful for that.Deep inside he was scarred by his traumatic past that he was able to hide so well from the world over these past few decades. Are you familiar with the holocaust? Edward Keller lost his family during the holocaust. He was promised that his family would have been safe because at that time anyone who was Jewish would have had to have been taken away or even executed. Unfortunately though the promise given to him was just an empty lie and in the end, his family were both imprisoned and killed in a concentration camp. Although he was not Jewish, he registers as a Jew after his wife and son's capture and is also sent to a concentration camp, where everyone believes he died. This was not the actual end of him though. Instead he moved to Australia, Darwin in order to cut off all ties from his origin and isolate himself. On my sixteenth birthday, Keller had accepted an invitation from my family for dinner, and when my mother asked him about his home and culture, he refused to recognise it and responds curtly, saying he misses nothing about Austria. He refused to say…

Deutsche Brauerei produced the quality beers over the years. Its net sales and profit have been incredibly growing in recent years. There are many of factors explained their growth. One factor is that they acquired the equipment in 1994 which are efficiency improvement. These new equipment increased their potential output. However, the firm hadn’t reached their full capacity so it means that it can be more potentially productive in the future. The second reason is that they have penetrated the emerging market, Ukraine. The country was attractive after 1995 since the government started on a privatization and a market reform, given larger population of 52 million and its strategic location within Central and Eastern Europe. Since such a nation with process of rapid growth from business activities is favorable for the company, after entering the Ukrainian market in 1998, the company was overnight successful. Also, the beer taste itself provided easy entry opportunities for Deutsche Brauerei.…

Next, Entering the Urainian market is considered to be one of the significant factor to the rapid growth. The dissolution of the U.S.S.R. brought market reforms so Deutsche Brauerei decided to enter this fragmented beer industry because Ukraine has large population and it located within Central and Eastern Europe. In 1998. Oleg Pinchuk was hired away from a competitor as the marketing manager. Pinchuk had set up the credit and inventory policy which are extending credit to distributors in Ukraine from 2% 10, net 40 to 2% 10, net 80 and implementing field warehousing in order to support the fragile distributor network. Then, Deutsche’s beer quickly became so popular that the volume sales can offset the negative currency effects due to Russian debt crisis. The next 2 years saw a dramatic increase in sales to 25,847 by the end of 2000.That is mean sales in Ukraine had greater impact on Deutsche’s total sales that account for 21% and 28% in the year of 1999 and 2000 respectively.…
