Wolves Vs Foxes Essay
Wolves and foxes belong to the same Canidae family, but are different in many respects. There are diffenerences in the size, behavior and hunting methods. There are only two speices of wolf and thirty-seven speices of fox. Foxes can be found all over the world except Antarctica, while wolves live only in the northern hemisphere. I am going to tell you the difference between foxes and wolves.
Size:
The wolf is much larger than the fox. It can reach around 100 pounds while the fox rarely exceeds weight of 20 pounds. Wolves are more commonly feared by humans while foxes rarely wander near humans. Wolves are more than likely to get shot 99% of the time while foxes are usually left alone.
Some simularities are that they are both endangered. Foxes usually get trapped for their fur while wolves are sold for their meat. They are both part of the Canidae family but they are different in so many ways.
