Abstract It is important to understand the human development from the stand point of psychology Carol Gilligan. She had been teaching the problem in women’s development not with just understanding human development. After reading Erikson’s stages of human development. Carol came up with her own examines of the stages, they were identity precedes intimacy and therefore calls women deficient when they develop along a different path. The concept of the human life cycle represent attempts to order and make coherent the unfolding experiences. And perceptions, the changing wishes and realities of everyday life. (Vesterman, pg.460) Equally important let’s talk about issues’ of racism and feminism that Hook, is talking about social critic and literary scholar. She discusses the historical interactions of racism and the feminist movement, finding that all too often that intersection saw “white and black women complete to be the chosen female group,” instead of uniting against a common enemy or combining to pursue common goals. The majority of us understand racism as a social evil perpetuated by prejudiced white people that could be overcome through bonding between blacks and liberal
This intersection between race and gender, colonialism and masculine narratives, also marks the convergence between the liar paradox and the relationship paradox: the place where women and men's lives join and "civilization" makes its iron grip felt. There are different views on development of the field of psychological when it comes to sexual development gender.
