Disguising yourself to be something you aren't will lead to humiliation. Mrs. Doubtfire's true identity became known and resulted in humiliation. However,
the lifesaving maneuver that was performed in the movie resulted in a real lifesaving event because a child watched the movie and reflected on what she had seen. There were no verbal skills implied to contribute as a resourceful guide to save choking victims. Neither was there any verbal comments made as you watch a broken man disguise himself as a woman, just to see his children.
One aspect I gather from this is to never attempt to be something I am not. The ending result is catastrophic. I will, however, go beyond the normal scope to express my care for those I work with and their families. Lastly, I will perform any maneuver to save a life, regardless of their characteristics.
