Won T Give Up Quotes
The song I have chosen for my song explication is “I Won’t Give Up by Jason Mraz” which depicts a concept to the play, Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, how beautiful each admirer thinks their love is. A quote from the song relating to this concept is “When I look into your eyes, It's like watching the night sky, or a beautiful sunrise (Mraz 1-3)”. This is saying when Mraz looks into the girl's eyes, it’s like watching the night sky because it is peaceful. Mraz compares his love’s eyes to the sunrise. A quote from the play is “Her eyes in heaven, would through the airy region stream so bright, that birds would sing and think it were not night (Romeo and Juliet, 2.2.20-3)”. This quote is taken from the balcony scene after the two lovers

The American baseball player and coach John Wooden once said, “It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen”. In the nonfiction novel Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand, Louis Zamperini demonstrates his cleverness when he pulled himself out of countless life-threatening situations, such as devising a plan to capture sharks, that would prove to be the end for most others. Louie made the most out of what little resources he had and paid attention to the details that would help him in the future. Even in the grips of death, Louie used his quick wit to bring himself back to the land of the living and keep himself going.…

Conteaza cine spune primul!
