This video briefly describes the Woodward Fab WFB2 tube and pipe bender. This bender can be used to create roll cages, chassis, and motorcycle frames. The WFB2 manual pipe and tube bender can be used in fabrication shops of any size. The bender is manufactured from 1/2ʺ steel, and is provided with all steel dies. The steel dies are available in 3/4″, up to 2ʺ in diameter. Square dies are also available from 1/2ʺ to 1-1/2ʺ. The tube bender utilizes a ratcheting system, which requires little effort by the user to bend a pipe or tube. A degree ring and pointer are provided with every tool. Hence, users will have never have to make guesses about the angles.

This is the most powerful hand held beveller in the market. It utilizes a milling type cutter head, and standard 5/8ʺ square carbide inserts. The carbide inserts can be indexed four times, and can also be replaced easily. A variable angle machine, the tool can be adjusted from 15 to 45o. Also, the bevel can be adjusted up to 1-3/16ʺ. The weight of the tool is always on the bevel. Hence, customers don’t have to worry about operator fatigue. The tool can do bevels at 3 ft. per minute.
