My personal role in solving the Locus of Control in the reviewed case study consisted of; respecting my group member’s opinions and beliefs, effective listening, being open to accepting that other member may have more experienced, adding my opinion of the study, and
on the initial writing process. Initially I felt my voice was not being heard. I had to speak up; to establish myself as a member of group who wanted to contribute my opinions, beliefs, and ethics to the case study. We advanced as a group and became a working unit. We decided who would take which alternative and enhance into a paragraph. Later each alternative was discussed, reviewed, and edited as a team.
