Working Principle of Three Types Vibrating Feeder
The vibrating feeder, also known as vibration feeder, is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow. It can feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly and can also screen the materials at the same time in the stone production line. The vibrating feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.
Working principle:
The vibrating feeder can make the sieve compartment, vibrators and other moving parts do the circular or similar round move by the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of eccentric block. The vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough, exciter, spring bearing, transmission equipment, etc. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shaft (main, passive) and gear. The jogged gears create the vibrations while the two eccentric shafts are then forced to rotate by motor, through the triangular belt. Once power is supplied, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce leaner huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling onto the screen moving forward.
Working principle of GZD type vibrating feeder:
GZD type vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, motor, spring, bearing and wear-resisting lining board, etc. due to the start of motor, the frame is forced to vibrate on the supporting spring, which will drive the materials sliding or throwing in the trough to achieve the purpose of feeding.
Working principle of ZSW type vibrating feeder:
ZSW type vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, electrical vibrating grid, motor, etc. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shaft and gear. The jogged gears create the vibrations while the two eccentric shafts are then forced to rotate by motor. Once power is

The first thing that you must do is to drop a marble inside the pulley machine. When the marble has dropped into the pulley, the side of the pulley with more force will go down and the one with the least weight will go up. The pully starts out with potential energy, however it changes to kinetic energy because of the force of the marble. The weight of the marble makes the pulley change its position. When the side with more force of the pulley fell towards the ground, it tapped the wheel and axel, and the wheel and axle began spinning. The wheel and axel’s spinning gently triggers the toy car in potential energy to travel down the inclined plane and change into kinetic energy. As quickly as the car fell, it stopped right in front of the lever. The lever has potential energy and it is there to prevent the car from going on and on. When the car stops at the lever, the car pushes the lever with a little bit of force, which triggers the marble to roll out into our second pulley. Our second pulley works similarly to our first pulley. The input force is where the marble falls in and the output force is when the other bucket falls down because of the movement. In this last stage, where the food comes out, the pulley with the heavier weight in it goes down about evenly to the food side of the bucket. The food side of the bucket tilts and all the food rolls down the inclined plane. It rolls down and lands into the food tray, and…

The technology is complex but there are some impressive advantages to the design when it is compared with the Swiss lever escapement: energy has to be transmitted to the oscillator that maintains it frequency. In a Swiss lever escapement involves the wheel tooth sliding along the inclined surface of the pallet. The sliding movement generates friction making optimal lubrication vital if the escapement is to function correctly. The OMEGA Co-Axial escapement is used in conjunction with a free sprung-balance.…

With reference to the section view, the heavy bowl and the stack of conical disks that it contains are rotated by the spindle, which is driven at high speed through gearing by the electric motor visible in the photograph. Untreated oil flows in at points and is directed to the bottom of the bowl. Holes in the disks allow the oil to flow upward through the stack. The rapid rotation of the disks and bowl spins the mass of oil. Since the water and sludge are heavier than the oil, they are outward by the centrifugal force, while the oil remains nearer the center. Sludge accumulates on the inside periphery of the bowl, and water, just inside of the sludge. The water passes toward outside the outer edge of the disk stack and exits at point 5. The top disk directs clean oil toward the center, and the clean oil exits at point 4.…
