At the moment, VINAconnect has participated successfully in IT consulting industry for 20 years. According to Aromal (2008), IT consulting is a specific field which concentrates on supporting business to take advantages in competition or development in industries by applying new technology. Even though this company has just been found in 2011, it started operating in the industry under other name as Openasia Consulting. Through many years in operation, VINAconnect has been part of many projects with prestigious partners such as IBM, Oracle, Mobifone, Toyota. 2. Organization a. Company Overview
VINAconnect is a part of Openasia Group which has experience in distribution firm and investment banking for over 20 years. It is founded in 2011 from the combination between STS and Openasia Consulting. IT Consulting is one of main industries that VINAconnect participated in. There are 2 offices based in Ho Chi Minh City and the other in Hanoi: * Hanoi: 43 Nguyen Thuong Hien Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi * Ho Chi Minh City: 6B Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, HCMC b. Taking high priority in satisfying customer, VINAconnect completely offers three main services and solutions for serving client’s needs or demands in business including Technology Services, Management Services and Technology Solutions. * Management Services
Understanding the needs of capacities for the business when they launch new initiatives or enter new markets, VINAconnect has offered many management services including Research & Strategy development, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Business Support. However, depending on the needs of clients, VINAconnect focuses on Research & Strategy and Business Support * Technology Services
Based on the demands for supporting operational activities in business, VINAconnect has offered clients
