World view statement was important because it expressed the intentions the representatives of the United States felt was needed in order to free Americans from the State of Great-Britain. It showed the people that their independence was necessary in order for them to break away from a government that no longer promised natural rights given from God. Realization was needed by the colonies that their loyalty was not going to solve the grievances that they shared and their only choice was independence. Independence was the only way that the colonist could divert back to human government. Human government led them away from a secular lifestyle that Britain
began to force upon them. Not only did they want to protect the colonist, but they also needed to build relationships with other nations to support their cause.
