Europe was greatly affected by the sheer destruction WWII had because it destroyed many homes, business, and even farms. People in Europe were left hungry and homeless. Most of the people were hungry because they had no jobs since even they were destroyed
and if they had some money to buy food it wasn’t enough since prices for food were increased after the war. Europe's economic system collapsed so they elected other people to help fix it. Europe also held trials that charged high ranking Nazi leaders.
Japan was basically refreshed because their government was no more and the U.S were in control. Once the United States were in control they disbanded Japan’s army and tried to give farmers and workers more say in their economy. Japan even had a new constitution made which the U.S of course helped them make. Women were being given rights and also Japan as a whole now had more rights and also more importantly and better government and economic system.Overall the U.S helped Japan in an economic way that helped them make an democratic type of government.
Overall, WWII had many affects on both Japan and Europe but in some cases it helped like in Japan it helped them form an more efficient government. Europe on the other hand had no benefits because a lot of their army was dead and their economic state was bad and they even had to hire people to fix their government to make it what it once was.
