Now we have that today where we stereotype someone by the color of their skin, we see people with a different skin color as a threat just like the people of the Imbonggu tribe stereotyped him because he was a white man and all white man will steal money from them and will want to build on their land. But its all just a stereotype, Wormsley was there to study them to help others learn about their culture, not only so he could help better them with some of our values from our culture but so he could share some of their values and traditions with our culture to help better us and honestly i think that is what being an anthropologist is all about. In reading the textbook it says that we can also experiance Bicultural Perspective which it being able to think and percieve your own culture while at the same time other cultures. I was able to this when i was in Tonga, i was in a culture where kindness is everywhere, everyone is kind not one person worries about what this certain person on social media is doing their not obssesed with technology like out culture is, i was able to take myself away from myself and from technology and throw myself into theirs, thinking about others, putting my hands and mind to work more and not worrying about little
