Write an Anniversary Event Proposal (220 – 260 Words)
TEST 1. TASK 3. PROPOSAL REPORT

WRITE AN ANNIVERSARY EVENT PROPOSAL (220 – 260 WORDS)

ANNIVERSARY EVENT PROPOSAL
INTRODUCTION
The aim of this proposal is to suggest a special event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our institution, and to give details for my choice.
PROPOSAL
It could be interesting to celebrate not only one event but a “celebration week”.
I propose a competition of “best picture of our history” and to create an exhibition with all the presented pictures. The contest could be settled in these terms: * Every member of the University can take part in the competition with one photo, the most significant one of his/her time at our institution. * There will be a period of three months during the next year to submit pictures, until two weeks before the “celebration week”. * The exhibition will be established through the corridors, in order to create a festive atmosphere. * There will be a jury (formed by the two oldest teachers and two members of administration) to choose the winner. * The award will consist of the publication of the picture in the local newspaper to commemorate the 20th anniversary.
On the closing day, there will be a traditional ceremony with a speech from our headmaster followed by a video projection of the most relevant events of the institution since its beginning.
CONCLUSION
Although it is not easy to plan the perfect event, I think the contest, exhibition and speech, creates a festive atmosphere and helps to involve all members of University in the

These two combined can provide knowledge and awareness to those students who are unaware or misinformed. As well as taking on the problem of cultural appropriation with the recent American popularization of sugar skulls and Dia de…

Secondly, I will suggest to the Dr. Ford and SGA that our school should have a holiday.
