There is nowhere for teens to do stuff with other teens in ludington and feel safe. They need somewhere they can go to eat go online do homework and play games or do school projects. If they had somewhere to go teens would not get in as much trouble and crime rates would go down. But the pros certainly outweigh the cons. We need to make the city a better place for our future generations. It's certainly more effective if we have less teens in trouble this solution also makes use of a building that is just sitting unused in Ludington. This may help keep our kids in our area stay out of trouble because they will have a place to go after school which is better for the economy. we could ask the teens themselves to help donate time fixing the building up after school. Or we could ask Westshore Community College if the kids in CTE would help fix up the building for College Credits and ask parents who are willing to donate time and services to the rehab as well. To save money for ludington we could also get volunteers to help run it. There could be a reading spot with wifi and a spot to do homework. You could get the local food trucks to park out front so kids could get food and drinks
