Imagine a world crawling with snakes, big enough to eat a full sized human and pigs that make damages worth up to $400 million a year. Invasive species are certain animals that come from one place with similar climates and dominate to another location and kill many the native animals and or plants. Intruding animals are a problem, but creative solutions are being tested.
Invading species are a problem all over the world like in Australia the foxes ate almost all the penguins; the population dropped from around 800 to below 10.Many animals are being hurt by the decision made in the 1800’s. The foxes came from North America so people could hunt them, and found a similar climate for them in Australia. The red fox is an interesting but deadly fox; they are very clever. Swamp Marsh is an awesome human being who took the penguins in and protected them with the help of his canines. A creature big enough to eat the fox whole is living in Florida. The Burmese python is a species that the state Florida have contests to see if people can catch the most or the biggest in the competition. If there is sighting of Burmese Pythons it is supposed to be reported to the commissioners. The people in the world are coming up with many creative solutions to crusade all the encroaching animals. Most work, although there are many that don’t like the starlings who is a clever bird that cannot be stopped. So far public officials have tried anything from electricity to poison and nothing worked.
Invasive species annoy and endanger us and other native species, but creative solutions are being, used and tested. Transportation of animals needs to be minimized or stopped. Invasive intruders don't have to be the way of the future
