Personal Writing Assessment Reflection The purpose of this paper is to personally reflect on my current skills and development areas. Using the results of the Personal Writing Assessment as a guide, I will discuss the areas where I show strength and also discuss the areas where I can benefit from utilizing Capella University’s vast library of resources. These resources offer me the opportunity to improve and gain greater proficiency. This personal reflection will enable me to build a strong foundation, as I begin my graduate studies.

I therefore feel like I am learning this as a completely new skill, rather than refreshing previous understanding. I am blessed to have coworkers who are also
