Predesign and Programming: XYZ Architecture, over the years has learnt how valuable the concept of communication is to the client. We work closely with every client to quantify, describe and comprehensively identify the projects work scope along with the existing functional relationships and optimal spatial requirements. We are always at the beck and call of our clients throughout the design stage of our projects, as this assures and validates that the client’s goals and ideas are well interpreted and effectively represented. At XYZ Architecture, we identify, develop, resolve and address the client’s project specific details. We monitor the project for compliance with industry standards contained in the project documentation. XYZ Architecture, through its risk assessment documents, resolves as well as mitigates all impending challenges circumstances that might arise during the course of the project. We facilitate construction progress to assure that the project is completed in due time and within the confines of the allocated budget. We issue change directives and orders. We review alternates, mockups, project and construction drawings or illustrations. We monitor contractor payments for all job completed. XYZ Architecture, through its experience with a variety of projects is aware that sometimes things might not go as planned, hence via our risk assessment documentation, anticipated threats to the project are professionally identified and all necessary steps are instantly taken to remove factors that might trigger them, hence we resolve them before they are translated into loss of time and further expenses. We are always three steps ahead of any conflicts and four steps ahead of real time construction progress analysis. XYZ conducts project site visits and prepares progress reports of the projects.
