Q) Consumer Behaviours affect on PANTENE Shampoo.

1) CULTURAL

Factor that was affect on consumer behavior is due to our different nature of living style in Asia Pakistan. Pantene shampoo is mostly for females, in our region females had long hair due to which we prefers best shampoo for our hairs. That’s why Pantene is most favorite shampoo in our society; it fulfills our hair needs and requirements. It is commonly available also in markets. It is also popular in every class of society because of its vast ranges and many different types for different hair.

2) SOCIAL

This factor was affect on Pantene Shampoo in a positive manner, because of our family, relatives or community influence on our buying decisions; Pantene Shampoo was very common. Marketing and the quality factors were very much affected on ever person, so the buyer was very much influence to buy only or prefer to buy only Pantene Shampoo. The biggest factor that affect was our joint family system, due to which normally whole family was bound to use same shampoo.

3) PERSONAL
People of all ages used Pantene Shampoo. It suits our environment, so everyone tries to use it. IT was equally used in high or low class in our society, because of its price and quality everyone tries to purchase it or suggests to use it. In our society commonly female had long hair and they maintain it so they use Pantene for strong smooth and silky long hairs. Mostly it is used for smooth and silky hairs. . 4) PSYCHOLOGICAL
. In our society female commonly girls were keen to look beautiful, hairs had main roll to look beautiful, so most of girls or boys trying to maintain their hairs straight, smooth and silky. Pantene shampoo gave great
