Minor problems like unfamiliarization of SOP’s and other procedures are encountered. | Asking proper procedures and specimen handling, asking for help from the staff when in doubt with the procedure. | Following the proper way or flow of processing a specimen can help reduce mistakes. Proper specimen handling, and proper time management and knowledge in operating procedures are really helpful in this section. |
