Ymca Importance
The YMCA is one of thousands of charities and organizations that have come to shape our world in so numerous ways. The YMCA affects people on a daily bases. There are uncountable people all over the world that don't have a place just to get out and exercise. In that situation is where the YMCA benefits people the most. At the YMCA, people can take part in activities that they love to succeed at, no matter their social class or income. The y is designed to fit into every person's life just as wanted. In a few areas of the world people are not able to obtain the exercise as needed. Weather they don't have the proper training equipment it just don't have the money, the Y was created to help in these situations. The YMCA is full of different …show more content…
The YMCA has uncountable purposes for its existence. One big aspect of the YMCA, is family. The YMCA was designed for you to be able to enjoy exercising while making your family bond better. This way you will be in better shape, and your family will be as close as ever. Secondly, is just plain exercise. The YMCA allows you to accomplish almost every exercise or activity that you can jam into a day. From just lifting to running, or basketball and soccer there are numerous activities to keep you active. Lastly, is the money. The YMCA is a nonprofit organization disguised for anybody, no matter your income. Nearly anyone can join the YMCA. For those that don't have the money there are special financing plans, which allow you to take part in the organization. As with other organizations and charities the YMCA takes place in banquets to help raise money for those in need. For the greater percent of the banquets, people will donate money, food, etcetera;to help the cause. Donations will be mo eye to even houses. The banquettes are not the only thing the YMCA organization does to raise money. The YMCA uses the payment of the memberships to help people in need. The money that comes in from the members goes towards maintaining the facilities and paying the workers. The money that remains goes to the people that might have trouble paying for the membership. The organization so important to me because, the YMCA allows me to be active while giving back to others. When I pay to exercise and become further fit, I help other people to be able to accomplish the same goals. The YMCA impacts me almost every day. Almost every day I take part in the y organization, whether it be practicing basketball or just getting in a few minutes exercise. Doing this allows me to become better at the activities that I like to spend my time with and be in better shape. I enjoy being a part of the YMCA, so I can learn new stuff every day. Playing basketball at the YMCA impacts me by making me better every day that I practice. This helps me for when I move up the high school basketball. Being able to gain knowledge on basketball, and still help out others makes me feel good. I haven't met a person so far that has used the extra money used to help others join the YMCA, but all in all we are all helping keep the YMCA open and new people coming in with the money that I spend on a membership. Overall I believe that being part of the YMCA is one of the best organisations you can take part in, to help
