You are what you eat
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Eating is one of human beings’ four basic needs. It is a simply action you take not only to endure your life but also to show yourself because “you are what you eat”. This saying above does not mean that you live to eat but your eating expresses the person you are willing to be. You can be fat or thin, tall or short, ..etc, which partly depends on your three everyday meals. Surprisingly, the sensible eating can give you some desired things such as the beauty, the health, the status.
Firstly, you are beautiful. Nowadays, both men and women take a lot of care over their physical appearance, which is the reason for that there are more and more types of diet. A crash one or a starvation one are the most popular way to lose body weight quickly. Whereas some people want to be fatter, they use many ranges of medicine, special milk,..etc. However, as a result, they go on this kind of diet and end up in the hospital. What you should eat, therefore, is balanced nutrition dishes. Your purpose is either to decrease or to increase your weight, what you really need is the moderation in meals.
Secondly, you are energetic. The balance in the nutrition can give you the great fitness. By a suitable eating schedule with a reasonable amount of calorines, you can have enough power to adapt to the pressure within one day. A big breakfast, a nice lunch and a small dinner everyday are the best choices for your health. Moreover, you can choose what you eat, so why do not you make smart choices for your health ? Food such as fish, egg, milk..etc are good for your brain and there are a lot of ranges of similar food for you to improve your immunity, your heart,, your muscular. Be a flexible eater, you can even control your health to control your life.
Thirdly, you are highly rated. You not only eat for yourself but also for other people. You can be thin or fat, tired or active, you can be anything you want if your status does not disturb people around you.
