ABSTRACT This paper comprises study about Tan Sri Dato Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia (Malaysian Central Bank). This paper emphasize on Tan Sri Dato Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz’s educational background, family background, and her contribution to banking industries as a governor of Bank Negara Malaysia. This paper also discuss about how her behavior, thoughts, personal attributes, contribute to the banking industries. And what makes her become a Governor and how her behavior, thoughts, personal attributes give impact to the writer, to her staff and the organization itself.

INTRODUCTION Tan Sri Dato Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz is an Asian woman, to be more precise, a Malaysian woman who has so many fans among financial sector. Everyone talk about her, not only locally, also internationally. She become famous after she had made a drastic action during the financial crisis. She famous because, of her bravery, courage, simple ness, broad thinking, and so on so forth.
