Did you know that Zheng He discovered America? The purpose of the emperor to send Zheng He on a quest to spread the news that China is a prosperous country. During his life, Zheng He had a very long and productive voyages. He set many records and conquered many achievements. There are many interesting facts about him that you may not know. Therefore, Zheng He is an influential sailor.

On 1371, Ma He was born into a poor Muslim family. Ten years later, He was taken prisoner. When he was fourteen, Ma He is placed in the home of prince of Yan. Ma He changed his name to Zheng He, eighteen years later. On 1405, Emperor Zhi Di sent Zheng He to sail. Zheng He then arrived at Calicut, India.
