Dear Sir Washington, It has come to be known how much Thomas Jefferson and I dislike on another. I’m sure you already know this. This man is a fool in my opinion and is unfortunately my colleague in your cabinet. This foolish fellow believes that the power of the government should lie in the hands of the masses. This is foolish. Imagine that! The poor and uneducated practically ruling our country! The government should be strong. We as a government should be able to control our people, with force if necessary. Remember Shays Rebellion? That wasn’t too long ago your excellence!
Ok, let’s face it, the general public as a whole is not very intelligent. They would not be capable of making critical decisions for our country’s welfare. If we were dependent on our general public to make the choices for us, we would need to know that they are capable of making the correct one. I do not believe they would be capable. Most of them remain uneducated.
Our government should be strong. We need it to be strong for it to overcome any future challenges. If our central government is weaker, how are we supposed to function correctly? Our government should have the power to do what it takes for this country to prevail. For what is best for this country, like it says in the constitution.
I think us as a government, should have a liberal interpretation of our constitution. We should be able to interpret it the way we need to in order to make the correct decisions for our country. Us as a cabinet, it is our job to make sure we do what’s best for our country.
As far as government positions stand, I think its safe to say that us men up North are meant to have these roles. We are the upper-class, the elite! We are the ones who will make the best decisions for this country. Not the poor, not the uneducated, not the farmers, but us. The wealthy. The educated. The innovators; the elite. We have what it takes
