United States obtains the highest obesity rate in the world. About one-third of the American population is obese, and nearly 400,000 individuals die a year due to obesity. Yet these obese people obtain special privileges and get sympathy of their condition due to personal choices. It couldn’t get any worst than that right? Wrong. Statistics are continuing to rise.
Why is it that obese people get to have special treatment? They are able to acquire a handicap permit inches away from the front door of McDonalds. It would make sense if the handicap spots where to be in the back of the parking lot right? It is not that hard to walk a few more feet to get those delicious burgers. It could be their daily exercise of the day! To think about it, obese people are obese because of their personal choices. It’s not inherited and it sure does not come out of nowhere. If you are about eat unhealthy, might as well enjoy your last few steps prior to your heart attack on a plate. Too much?
One thing that I do not understand is that these obese people being handed walkers and wheelchairs. How about take that wheelchair away and that 500-pound-big-mac-loving man actually starts getting the exercise that he needs. If that man were to be unable to walk without any proper help then he needs to start training his body to get up. Practice does make perfect I hear. Due to rising
