BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
The author, Ms. ROSSEL KATE H. ENGRACIA, was born on July 29, 1990 at Zamboanga City. She is the fourth daughter of Mr. Raymundo B. Engracia and Mrs. Cristeta H. Engracia.
The author finished her Elementary Education at Dolores Central Elementary School in Dolores Eastern Samar. She finished her secondary education at Dolores National High School. And she completed her college education, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, at Eastern Samar State University.
The training and experience gained in the OJt has helped her become ready for the challenges in the real world. It had helped her to be more confident and develop her skills in both communication and technical skills.
